Casting Raw Materials
Valve-tek provides a one-stop casting solution, specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality investment casting products. Lost wax casting, also known as investment casting, is utilized to manufacture parts with tight tolerances, thinner walls, and surface finishes that require minimal post-processing. We insist on using premium casting wax imported from Japan to ensure the stability and quality of our products. Additionally, we use casting sands imported from the United States and Australia to ensure the high-temperature performance of our shell molds.
Casting Wax (Process of Wax Injection)
We insist on using casting wax imported from Japan, which is stable and of high quality. Although Japanese casting wax is relatively more expensive, more importantly, it shrinks after mold waxing in accordance with the tolerance, meeting the tolerance standard required for casting quality. Our casting wax undergoes strict quality control to ensure that every production step meets the highest standards, providing customers with the best quality products.
Casting Sand (Process of Dipping & Stuccoing)
We use casting sands imported from the United States and Australia, which have the characteristics of high temperature resistance. Depending on the size and shape of the casting design, we sequentially coat different particle sizes of casting sands, at least four layers, and up to six layers, to form a shell mold. Our shell mold production process is rigorous, ensuring that every casting obtains the best surface smoothness and accuracy.
Steel
We offer a wide range of steel types, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy steel. They comply with American ASTM, European DIN EN, and Japanese JIS material specifications, including chemical and physical property values. Our steel undergoes strict inspection and testing to ensure that it meets the highest quality standards, satisfying customer requirements for material performance and reliability.
Valve-tek has many years of experience in investment casting, precisely grasping the chemical composition of steel and fully meeting various customer-specified material requirements. Whether you need stainless steel, carbon steel, or nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy steel, we can provide steel materials that meet the highest quality standards. With years of investment casting experience, we can fully meet customer requirements for material and product performance.
